Fix Version/s: (was: 0.19.0)
0.20.0
Moving out of 0.19. I was under impression that HBASE-839 required migration.
It doesn't. 0.19.0 doesn't look like it'll have any migrations if I move this
out. Lets do this fix along with new file format.
