delete of LATEST_TIMESTAMP o.a.h.h.regionserver.hregionserver.batchUpdate

Is there any reason this should be separate from delete of a
non-LATEST_TIMESTAMP?
Seems there is no need for the deletes list and the separate call to
deleteMultiple...
Am I missing something?
