Attachment: log.patch
Trying to read an apurtell log, its cluttered with 'shutdown scanner looking at
..' and 'Skipping... because it is already closing'. First message logs an
entry of no value for everything in meta. Second happens over and over every
time a server sends its heartbeat till server goes down. Attached patch turns
first into log of regions we're actually handling including name of server
going down and sums the second rather than output a line per region.
