Chatting with Andrew on IRC, sounds like it would make more sense moving
replicator needs into the HLogKey; this already keeps meta data on an edit --
the Table and Region -- so would seem more natural putting replication info in
here. Just need to make sure a replicating HBase can subclass HLog fine.
On remove HLogEdit, just got go ahead from Clint. He thinks he can mark KVs
with necessary transactional flags.
Bringing this into 0.20.0 since it won't take much to do it.
