Phil:  Sorry you were caught by this.  Going between 0.19.0 and 0.19.1 we made 
a mistake bumping up the RPC version.  RPC version should not change between 
point releases.  It should only happen when the minor version changes.  Sorry 
you got burned.  Closing as "won't fix" because can't go back in time to 
address this particular failing but going forward will be vigilant we don't do 
same again.
