Fix Version/s: 0.20.0
Fixed this while fixing an issue cause by commit of hbase-1572 "Zookeeper log4j
property set to ERROR on default, same output when cluster working and not
working". To fix the issue introduced by 1572, hacked up the shell so it turns
down the zk logging by going to log4j LogLevel.
