this patch brings them back.
Needs to be moved into contrib
Could still use some some cleaning, and there are a few pending TODO's (Trx
deletes, Trx log recovery, ...)
I've brought back the tests, run TestTransactions and TestIndexedTable, and
they work. I've ran our integration tests on top of hbase which exercise the
transactions/indexing, and everything passes.
I'm gonna have to put this on the back burner until mid-next week
