Adds a repository mirror I'm running on a remote personal server in LA as the
first server in the list.
Running a completely clean maven build including grabbing all dependencies now
takes less than 3 minutes (was about 10 mins w/ ibiblio first and significantly
more than that before ibiblio was put first).
Not necessarily intended for commit but wanted to put a patch up so anyone who
wanted to use the repo can do so.
