Mark,

Using only 1 ZK quorum member isn't a problem with fully-distributed
mode, just put the hostname of the machine instead of "localhost".

That NodeExists sometimes happen but I don't remember why... do you
have a bigger stack trace? Also IIRC it's harmless.
