I am using hbase-0.20.2.   I got warnings in the log but the master was
started.  The spam filter stopped me from posting the actual log.  The
warnings was about a checksum error and failed to open a log.  May be that
caused "0 rows of meta region".  It was a fresh run, I don't what has been
corrupted.
