That's only the first part. 

It could be that the user was still pointing to his local host and not to the 
developer's cloud.
(A common mistake.)

But it lead to my checking the logs on the quorum leader and seeing the error. 
(Scroll down to the bottom.)

I have to apologize, I tried to format the e-mail and unfortunately the mailing 
list kind of screwed that up.
