Review request for hcatalog. Description ------- Update InitializeInput with primarily a usability improvement; when first looking at the code I found this very confusing and am hoping to save others time in the future. This also updates TestSemanticAnalysis to use HCatBaseTest so it runs in the IDE, and on CI.
