Hi All , 

For the issue HCATALOG-451, since none seems to be actively working on the 
dependent JIRAs, I am thinking I should
submit a patch that works with the current pig version for the trunk and then 
raise a separate JIRA to throw exceptions
on old map reduce APIs ( like cleanup job() ). 

Let me know what you think.
