Document a workaround for the column-naming issue when using Hive CTAS with a
JSON serde ([HCATALOG-436|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HCATALOG-436]):
use CREATE TABLE followed by INSERT OVERWRITE ... SELECT instead of CTAS.
