Unless someone clue me into why this is a bad idea I'll commit this tomorrow. I
don't have a way to test this (no 0.23 cluster access), but since its a point
release I think this is fine.
[~cdrome] can you expand on what the version bump gains us?
This definitely highlights a shortcoming in our testing. It would be awesome to
have something where we could spin up a fully distributed cluster on EC2 or
something and run all the tests in a repeatable way, instead of depending on
people having access to a test cluster with the right dependency versions.
