Hi Travis,
I took the feedback and moved the setting to build.properties file.
Also specified a different setting for overriding ivy cache location also.
E.g., one could run the following command to override the default settings
of ivy and m2 settings.
# ant -Dmvn.local.repo=/my/other/m2 -Divy.cache.dir=/my/ivy/cache/per/build
