HCatTable (returned from HCatClient::getTable()) doesn't report the
partition-columns correctly.
Looking at HCatTable, there seems to be a copy-paste error, and {{partCols}} is
never set. I'll post a patch shortly.
I'll also be correcting the fact that HCatCreateTableDesc::Builder::partCols
takes an ArrayList<> for no good reason.
