It seems that the problem is solved by a few changes to skewed join in pig
0.11. We have a test script that can reproduce the problem in Pig 0.9 but not
0.11. I did a quick check with Pig devs here but it seems hard to pinpoint the
fix since there are too many related changed from Pig 0.9 to 0.11.
