It seems like some improvement/automation of the system would be helpful. I sometimes email the hcoop lists from my non-hcoop email address (because they're all part of the same Inbox, and I forget to change the "from" field before I hit send) and I'm never sure whether those emails require approval or whether my non-hcoop email address has already been permanently approved for list submission. So, my question is: is there a way that people can submit their non-hcoop email addresses for permanent approval? Also, can there be an automated reject message to the people who are not on the approved list, so that when their emails get rejected they know it?
