The new Mailman version we upgraded to integrates SpamAssassin checking
into list moderation, and is filtering all mailing list traffic through
spamd and rejecting messages that score 7 or higher. This has eliminated
almost all moderation work for at least the lists I run. I think it will
be safe to drop this to 5 or higher (list members get an automatic -10
making it unlikely a list member's messages would be rejected by this).

These are normal list moderation messages, but with additional
information. The messages would have been held normally.
