I think we should construct a time-ordered checklist of _everything_
that needs to be done before we are ready to declare the move to the new
server infrastructure over. Anything that needs more than 10 minutes
should be included. I've started things off on the wiki page:

Since I'm trying to de-sysadmin myself, I don't want to have to write in
any of the details not related to non-trivial custom software, so I'm
asking our three volunteer sysadmins (Davor, Justin L., and Michael O.)
to fill in their own plans on the same page. Most likely you'll forget
a few things that I'll be able to fill in from my own experiences, but I
think y'all should be forming the basic structure, not me, since you'll
be doing this stuff!
