I think we're planning to keep both deleuze and mire on stable
indefinitely, since testing is too flaky to let us maintain enough uptime.

Yes; it's possible we'll have to do some serious rethinking of dynamic
content userness.

I've been assuming that all services run by admins will be on deleuze,
where we can get away with less stringent security-motivated restrictions,
thus making configuration easier.
