docelic is the one who encountered this, not me, but I expect that any 
command where the postgres.deleuze user is trying to read a file with 
permissions as described below would show the problem.  postgres.deleuze 
does not have permission to read file foo, say, despite the fact that 
'database rl' is set on foo, postgres.deleuze belongs to 
postgres.service, and postgres.service belongs to database.
