I'm aware that it wouldn't break anything for our "production" 
deployments.  However, there is at least one good reason not to do this: 
it's convenient for mail starting at mire or deleuze to end up on 
fyodor, so that admins and others testing things on the new servers 
don't have to check multiple mailboxes.
