thank you Kevin!  I was signed up for the hackathon but I do not think I
ever applied for HCP access there (I have already agreed to terms on
humanconnectome.org) -- I will do now (following [1] instructions)

Thank you everyone for all the information.  Now I just need to find
time to make use of it for my evil plans! ;-)
