Specifically, Structural Preprocessed and Structural Extended Preprocessed have less than the 897 subjects (downloads seem to come with 892 and 877 subjects, respectively). This issue has been replicated on different computers and different networks. The missing subjects for Structural Preprocessed are: 161630, 181232, 187547, 541943, 562345. I know this because their data is present in the excel spreadsheet freesurfer atlas download. I can also provide the 20 missing structural extended preprocessed subjects as needed.
