Hi Michael, In the first case the option "-transposedata" should fix the problem. In the second case, with "-evperdat", it seems the dimensions of the input and of the voxelwise EV don't match.
Please, when quoting, send the full error message, including particularly those seemingly cryptical line numbers where the error happens. Without that I can't tell whether the issue is happening when loading the input file or the voxelwise regressor. Alternatively, you could also upload your files and I can try to see what is going on.
