But, I received errors in one of steps in recon-all. I analyzed 111 individual subjects' T1 data using same method, but there are errors in only 14 subjects… I asked the error to FREESURFER team, and they recommended to use new freesurfer version (v6). I tried to run freesurfer script using new version, but it failed. I think HCP script is for FREESURFER old version (v5.*). Is there a way to solve the problem?.. I’d appreciate if you might help me!
