Hello,
Thank you for the assistance,
The BedpostX Data for all the 1200 subjects seemed to be quite huge for me to
download and handle. I am planning to download and process BedpostX data in
small batches of subjects. Therefore it'd be great if you could provide me with
a complete list of the subject id's of the entire 1200 subject release as with
that I can create subject groups to download.
Thanking You
Regards
Govinda

Hi Govinda,

If you want the BedpostX Diffusion Analysis data for all subjects:

Once you are logged into ConnectomeDB, click on the "Download Image Data"
pulldown at the right and choose Subjects with 3T MR Session Data:

Then, on the Download packages page, on the left, Choose Processing level:
Analysis:

Then, choose Modalities: Diffusion BedpostX

Click on the "+queue for download" button to prepare to download all the
available 3T BedpostX packages (1065 subjects, ~1450 GB of data).

If you only want this data for one or a subset of subjects:

On the Public Connectome Data splash page on login, click on the "Explore
Subjects" pulldown to select a group and then browse or filter on the
ConnectomeDB Dashboard (this is described in the "How to explore HCP data in
ConnectomeDB" section in Chapter 1 of the S1200 Reference
Manual<http://humanconnectome.org/documentation/S1200/HCP_S1200_Release_Reference_Manual.pdf>)
to get the subject group you want.

Then, click on the Download Images button on the right:

Follow the last two steps above on the Download packages page to queue the
Diffusion BedpostX packages.

More information about downloading is in the "How to Download HCP Data" section
in Chapter 1 of the S1200 Reference
Manual<http://humanconnectome.org/documentation/S1200/HCP_S1200_Release_Reference_Manual.pdf>.

Let me know if you have any questions and enjoy the data!

Best,

Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] 3T diffusion MRI data and FSL’s BEDPOSTX

Hello all,
Glad to see the 1200 data release.
According to the mail, 3T MRI data is processed using FSL’s BEDPOSTX.
When I login and go into the website of 'Dataset: WU-Minn HCP Data - 1200
Subjects' data I am unable to find output files of BEDPOSTX.
Kindly guide me to find the data.
Regards,
Govinda
