Dear HPC experts, Can I use HCP pipeline to process my own resting state fMRI data which has lower resolution (rs-fMRI: TR=2000ms, voxel size=3.75x3.75x4; T1: voxel size=1x1x1; T2: voxel size=0.94x0.94x2.5) than HCP data? We did not collect either a standard gradient echo field map or a spin echo field map, can I get the averaged field map from a different set of subjects with different voxel size as the rs-fMRI which collected from a different scanner?
