Hi Heracles,

Are you looking at the Open Access Emotion data (Penn Emotion Recognition and
NIH Toolbox Emotion domain computerized adaptive test results) on the Subject
Dashboard in ConnectomeDB? If so, to download the scores for all subjects just
click on Download CSV on the upper right and select Behavioral. The .csv
spreadsheet file you will download has all the open access behavioral data for
all subjects, including the Emotion domain scores.

For more information, you may want to look at the S1200 Data Dictionary, which
you can download here:
https://wiki.humanconnectome.org/display/PublicData/HCP+Data+Dictionary+Public-+500+Subject+Release

For overview descriptions of the emotion assessments and links to more
information and references for these tests see the Behavioral and Individual
Subject Measures Details section starting on p177 of the S1200 Reference
Manual<https://www.humanconnectome.org/storage/app/media/documentation/s1200/HCP_S1200_Release_Reference_Manual.pdf>.

If you are particularly interested in the NIH Toolbox Emotion Domain survey
questions used for HCP, I can send them to you. However, as these surveys are
computer adaptive tests (CATs), subjects were only given a subset of the
questions based on their answers to previous questions so it is not
straightforward to look at the questions and match them to the scores.

Best,

Jenn

Subject: [HCP-Users] BEHAVIORAL DATA

I am looking at data classified by emotion (fear, anger, etc.). I have two
questions:

1. Is there a document that provides behavioral scores for each participant?
2. Is there documentation on the behavioral questionnaires?

Thanks,
Heracles Panagiotides, PhD
