Subject: [HCP-Users] generating a CIFTI file wit a different resolution

Hi,

I was wondering if there's a way to make a CIFTI file with a different
resolution? Especially in the volume part of the subcortical regions.
Basically, I'm interested in a projection of measures calculated for DWI images
into a format that only shows the cortical surfaces and subcortical volumes
(like the .dscalar.nii), but I wasn't sure what would be the right way to do so.

Thanks,
Sina
