We haven’t released the code for a temporal ICA pipeline yet because we don’t 
have an automated pipeline.  We do hope to get the HCP-YA data cleaned with 
temporal ICA and released and make an automated pipeline.  For a group spatial 
ICA, one needs to use MIGP.  For group temporal ICA, the memory size is 
determined by the number of spatial ICA components x the number of timepoints.

Subject: [HCP-Users] temporal ICA code

Is the code for performing temporal ICA denoising (Glasser et al., 2018) 
available in the Pipeline repository? I didn't see anything but wanted to make 
sure I didn't miss it. I was processing denoised resting state data from 219 
HCP participants in CONN, but need to re-do the analysis with the surface data. 
While CONN can take the surface data, I'd rather just use the MSMAll cifti 
data. I know you guys have said you were planning on releasing the temporal-ICA 
cleaned data, but I figure this might take awhile, so I'd like to clean the 
data myself since I need the data for a paper revision.

How much RAM would I need for processing group-ICA on 210 subjects?
