In order to visualize a huge image quickly on a screen, it needs to be
available in lower resolutions. The required resolution depends on the
zoom-factor. Is there a standard in HDF5 for storing n-dimensional data as a
resolution pyramid? (I know different resolutions could be stored in different
folders, but a basic viewer would not know, how to handle and visualize this)
