yes i have used
 CFLAGS=-O1 ./configure
--with-zlib=/home/fkomijani/program_Install/NETCDF_4.2.1.1
--prefix=/home/fkomijani/program_Install/NETCDF_4.2.1.1
 and then *make check install *but again it gives:
