Thanks for this update !
I've been using a previous version of this toolkit but need VL datatypes for my 
applications.
I hope it will now be supported in this release ?

I don't get the impression that there are a lot of LabVIEW users hanging around 
this forum. None-the-less, I want to announce here the release of a new version 
of the LVHDF5 toolkit (verison 1.0). It provides a nearly complete interface to 
the standard HDF5 library function from National Instrument's LabVIEW.

I'd like to thank the various people on this forum who have assisted me over 
the last several years. In addition to HDF Group staff, I'd particularly like
