Does anyone have a good (and current)recipe for building parallel hdf5 on BGQ?
We are trying to encourage a community based repository of build scripts for those especially *unique* builds at: https://github.com/brtnfld/build_hdf5 You can try the “build_hdf5” script found there for the IBM_BlueGene, this script uses the xl compilers. You are free to modify/improve as needed.
