I am trying to build the shared libs with threadsafety in visual studio
2013.  If i dont include H5_BUILT_AS_DYNAMIC_LIB, my probject wont link.  I
get a bunch of H5T_some_native_data_type_g linking issues.

This link on the hdf website has the symbol.
