It seems like I was too quick closing this. I've found another one [in 0.21
build\http://hudson.zones.apache.org/hudson/view/Hadoop/job/Hadoop-Hdfs-21-Build/54/testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hdfs/TestSafeMode/testManualSafeMode/]
It looks like that all correct common artifacts were pulled and tests were ran
against them.
What it seems that HADOOP-6386 workaround isn't being engaged at all :-( E.g.
the port number is positive _inside_ of HttpServer object but is negative when
inquired externally. Sounds like a clear case of race condition in Jetty :-(
