Remove MapReduce jars from raid lib directory

Currently copies of snapshots of the mapred and mapred-test jars are stored in
the raid/lib directory, which creates a nasty circular dependency between the
projects. These are needed for one unit test. Either the unit test should be
refactored to not need mapreduce, or they should be pulled via ivy.
