Fix For: 0.22.0
Thriftfs has some jars checked into the source directory
(src/contrib/thriftfs/lib). It contains libthrift.jar, which we should get via
ivy, and hadoopthriftapi.jar which is a checked in (out of date?) binary of
the generated java code. This file could probably be removed entirely.
