We should test fsck failures for files in /lost+found

fsck checks /lost+found since it's part of the file system. And the current
handling should work eg move would move a file from /lost+found to
/lost+found/lost+found but there probably are some corner cases (and this
behavior of creating nested lost+found directories is probably not useful).
