{{TestBPOfferService}} does not set {{dfs.datanode.data.dir}}. When
{{BPServiceActor}} starts, it attempts to use a thread name containing
{{dfs.datanode.data.dir}} parsed as URI. On Windows, this will not parse
correctly due to presence of '\'.
