The only usage of the call is in {{DataStreamer#updatePipeline}}, where
{{newBlock}} differs from current {{block}} only in GS.
Basically the RPC call is not supposed to update the {{poolID}}, {{ID}}, and
{{numBytes}} of the block on NN.
