Currently, the {{RPC.Server}} used by the {{InMemoryLevelDBAliasMapServer}}.
has {{setVerbose(true)}}. This leads to too many log messages when running with
large number of nodes/rpcs to the {{InMemoryLevelDBAliasMapServer}}. This JIRA
proposes to make this configurable, and set to {{false}} by default.
