Reported on PR #2482: https://github.com/apache/hadoop/pull/2842 ; CNFE on
assertJ assertions in adls test runs.
Cause will be HADOOP-17281, which added the asserts to the existing fs contract
test. We need to mark assertJ as an export of the hadoop-common suite, or work
out why hadoop-azuredatalake isn't picking itup
