After HDFS-15447, Add top real owners metrics for delegation tokens. But the
metrics can't been parsed json string.
RBFMetrics$getTopTokenRealOwners method just return
`org.apache.hadoop.metrics2.util.Metrics2Util$NameValuePair@1`
