When the method commitBlockSynchronization is called with the arguments
closeFile set to true and deleteblock set to true, the block is removed from
the INodeFile's block list. If the INodeFile cannot be converted to a complete
file, an IllegalStateException is thrown. The newest blocks are not persisted
in the editlog.
