Summary: Host2DatanodeMap will not update when re-register a node

We have HBase RegionServer running, if a DataNode is re-registered with a
different hostname, RegionServer will always treat this type of DataNode as a
DeadNode, because host2DatanodeMap is not updated accordingly.
