Symlinks to .. may be tricky to make work as we fold dotDots when a path is
constructed. ie. Path("foo/bar/../xxx") becomes "foo/xxx".
Good news is that initial dotDot (as in "../foo/bar") is left alone.
Dhruba, you may want to watch out for this case in your code.
DFSUtil#isValidPath() checks for dotDots as being invalid.
